'My 600-lb life' star Janine reveals how much weight she lost with Dr. Nowzaradan's diet

Janine Mueller, best known for being featured in one of the episodes of My 600-Lb. Life, revealed how much weight she lost after following a diet plan.

Mueller, who stuck to famous bariatric surgeon Dr. Younan Nowzaradan’s diet, admitted that she knew he was the perfect doctor for her since the very first time she saw him on TV.

Newsweek reported that, consequently, she did her best to travel from Seattle to Houston to talk to ‘Dr. Now’ and get help. Now, Mueller confessed that thanks to the high-protein, low-carb plan, she has lost around 115 pounds.

Even though she is not a candidate for a gastric bypass surgery just yet, she confessed that she would do her best to reach the necessary weight and get the procedure done.

‘My true goal is to lose enough weight to get knee surgery, lose the scooter and go dancing. On the top of my bucket list is to go to Paris.’

While visiting Nowzaradan was one of the best decisions she has made throughout her life regarding her health, she admitted that it was also the most ‘hideous’ experience of her life.

Since driving from Seattle to Houston would have taken her ‘about six days,’ she realized that only a three-hour flight was her best choice. Nevertheless, her lymphedema made the flight very uncomfortable.

The same source reported that lymphedema causes legs and arms to swell. During Mueller’s flight, her right leg swelled so much that she couldn’t even walk off the plane once they landed in Houston.

Paramedics had to lay the 621-lb woman down on a sheet and drag her off the plane. Thankfully for her, she managed to get to Nowzaradan and she is losing weight day after day.

Finally, Mueller advised people to do as much as possible to get the right physician for their very own case. She even pointed out that she visited other doctors in Seattle but none of them was the ‘right’ one for her.
